One of our first trainees scott is currently working towards joining the technology department, and is also working towards his diploma in sustainability,he is doing an appreneship here with us which required him to have his gcse computer science, maths, and english. in this trainee course he will learn about the different technology that can be used to solve issues with sustainability the financial aspects of sustainabilty and other topics. It will take him up until next year to complete this trainiee course and become a full time worker with us.

Another trainee named alex, is currently working towards joining the business department of sustainability and is in his first year, in this trainee course he will be taught about the cost of these sustainable products how to promote them, and how to manage cash outflows and inflows along with the other principles of sustainability, after the 2 year period of training he will then be put forward to the business department and assigned a role such as finance manager other job roles

One of our third trainees alexi is working in the social impacts department where she will be learing about how these sustainability products and plans will impact society and the pros and cons of them she is on her last day of being a trainee, where she will be tested on the information she has learnt over the past 2 years, then will be put forward after she has past this exam to work with this set department
